Sabertooth Tiger Skull Replica

Based on a 3D scan of museum sample this Sabertooth tiger skull was resin printed at a reduced scale to create an exact copy.

Lattice Structure

This cube is a test of SLA resin printing's detail and strength capabilities. It produces both high strength accurate detail up to 28 microns.

Pivot Joint

Another benefit of 3D printing is the ability to manufacture things that aren't easily machined or crafted by other means. This custom pivot joint  was easily modelled and printed at a much more affordable rate that it would have cost to machine or cast.

Dental Scan

Digital impressions are required for any case that will use 3D printed models, such as such as clear alignerssplintsHawley retainers, or occlusal guards.

An intraoral scanner is a handheld device that projects a light source on the scanned area, and its sensors then capture hundreds or thousands of images to create a three-dimensional digital model.

Using these models we can produce an exact copy using SLA printing for dental applications.

Brushless Motor Mount

3D printings greatest strength is fast prototyping and high adaptability. This Motor mount was designed as a horizontal mounting solution for this outboard motor.
